Well I tried some more...................

but I don't like what I've done!!! My slider card does slide although not as smoothly as Pam's but I do know why so the next one will work better. The theory is good & I like my flower but I have ink marks on the circle & no sentiment. No sentiment because it's not good enough to send & ink marks because I only cut 2 of that colour so thought it best to use this as it is just a sample.

After a lesson from a friend

I'm still no good at painting - LOL but thanks for trying Jackie. I had a lovely day on Friday when Pam & Jackie visited. we chatted, played with craft stuff & chatted some more. Both of them tried very hard to teach me stuff bless them & I still have to have a go at what Pam showed me but I will! In the meantime here is a card made with a Magnolia stamp. J I did try!!!

We've had

a few days away. We went to Yorkshire & what a wonderful time we had. The weather was absolutely beautiful so we managed a bit of walking. We also visited the National Railway Museum in York and did a little? bit of shopping LOL. I bought some new stamps & couldn't resist trying one of them as soon as we got home. As usual my photography is rubbish but I love the card I made. It does look better in real life.

Mother's Day Cards

The daffodil card was made from a sheet created for me by my dear friend Joanie from a photo I took the other day. I used Robert Addams 'Roses' CD and Dufex decoupage for the others. My favourite however is the simplest & was the easiest to make - the black & white flower one.

With a little help from my friends

As the title says, a card made with a little help from my friends. Firstly Jak who shared her gorgeous Build a Blossom sheets & secondly Jackie on whose card my feeble attempt is loosely........very loosely.......based. Thank you both for your help & inspiration
